My dog is a rescue and has some fears. Having the tracker on her makes me feel better and gives me piece of mind. I love the virtual fence feature as I get notified when she leaves the area I have set. The Tractive Care package is also very worthwhile. Tractive has provided great customer service when I had questions.

This is a great product! We have a hound rescue and it is a vital tool to us. It takes away the worry of looking a new dog, as well as helps us in Training, and daily outings etc. I can let my own hounds out on our 100 acres and watch them as they explore. If for some reason they are drawn off the property I can go collect them imidiatly as I alerted to them leaving he safe zone. When any issues have occurred with he GPS, customer service is quick and very helpful. I recommend this product to all my adoptive family's and clients. It makes life so much easier, not sure how we did wig out It!

I originally had some trouble getting it to connect to the network. I contacted tractive and they got me to reset the unit and it now works just as I hoped. Customer service is good ! .

Absolutely love his product. Reliably using it for a year now. We do need to put an extra elastic on it, because our cat would occasionally lose the tracker in a neighbors yard but so far it's been amazing.

Works 75% of the time, must be the poor cell service here. I also had to pay a monthly fee of $10 to activate it and track my pet which I didn't realize when I bought it! Would probably buy a different device next time
