When it's working its a great machine, but now only after 6 months of very occasional use, I'm disappointed to report it's starting to malfunction. Works fine to start with, but after 2 or 3 minutes, when you release the lance handle and then start the flow again it fails to start. It does eventually, but I can be waiting up to 1 minute or so. Nilfisk were next to useless and didn't offer any help other than suggesting I speak to Amazon. Credit to Amazon, they have refunded me. It might be somehow I ended up with a bad one. But then again, they might all be like it and I'm not prepared to gamble again.

Powerfull well made unit , Nothing to complain about and very easy to use with long gun hose which does not kink easily

Best power washer I've owned. I use it on a daily basis as I have a car sales company. Only slight downfall is the attached pipe. It tends to crease/bend but apart from that we'll worth buying.

So much better than comparable makes (particularly a certain yellow variety). Well made, with a long hose (easy rewind) and useful accesories. Heavy to lift but easy to manoeuvre on its large diameter wheels. Fairly noisy in operation but a small price to pay for such an effective machine.

When it worked it was excellent - problem is after 4 months and about 6 uses it totally failed. Not impressed, my old Karcher machine gave 8 years of use without issue.
