AKG D5 Dynamisches Gesangsmikrofon

Own three of these and the vocalists love them. I think they are great mics at a great price point

This mic blows my Shure SM58 and my Sennheiser out of the water. Not even close. AKG for me brother. Sounds better and is much more attractive. I don't even use a wind screen with it. Final verdict, WOW. For the price, unbeatable at any price. Musical Background: Experienced with 50 years of performing with multiple brands. Musical Style: Gospel, country, pop.

Saw hundreds of reviews and was quiet excited to get this one. Tried it once and the sound was poor , with no power and needed to make a huge effort for the voice to be over the tracks. ( changed to my shure sh55 after the break and it was a huge quality difference ) Tried to return to the shop or exchange and they refused it. 3rd time I purchase in this shop in a month and all of the purchases came with something wrong ( item or delivery (weeks late when I paid for next day delivery ) So after this bad experience . Won’t spend another penny on pmt
