Philipp Plein No Limits Super Fresh ist ein frischer, moderner Herrenduft mit einzigartiger salziger, mineralischer und würziger Frische, basierend auf dem Original No Limit$, aber frischer und kühler. Er ist ein Komplimentefänger mit sanfter, zugänglicher Lederbasis, ideal für Einsteiger mit Lederakkord. Der Duft eignet sich gut tagsüber und abends im Herbst, Frühling und an Sommerabenden. Nachteil ist die mäßige Haltbarkeit (nur einige Stunden) und eingeschränkte Sillage: die starke Duftwolke verflüchtigt sich schnell. Für Fans des Originals ist dieser Flanker schön, aber nicht unbedingt essentiell.

Honestly, if it wasn’t for Parfumo I wouldn’t have touched this one with a stick. But I got interested for the OG because of reviews and recommendations by the good people on this platform. The perfumer is Alberto Morillas, known for some quite challenging perfumes and smelling this one and I can see he’s made this one. It opens with a good fruity blast of blackcurrant and pretty soon after the darker leather notes come forward. It’s pretty synthetic but I found it very pleasurable. The leather sticks to the end but gets accompanied by salty marine notes and musk. On a hot day it’s not that Super Fre$h as the title goes due to the density of that sweet leather accord but it’s still very enjoyable. Oh and the sprayer isn’t all that bad!

Interesting perfume, it immediately reminds me of the regular No Limit$. However, you quickly notice a freshness and sweetness with fruity notes. It is simply the predecessor optimized for summer and very well done. I would prefer it as an EdP, but it is worth the price anytime. I already own the 2nd bottle and with prices of €20 for 90ml, it’s great to wear during leisure activities like shopping. For me, it ranks 2nd among the No Limit%
