Carolina Herrera CH ist ein eleganter, lederbetonter Damenduft mit frischer Zitrusöffnung, weichen weißen Blüten im Herzen und einer warmen Basis aus Leder, Praline und Hölzern. Viele Rezensenten beschreiben ihn als gepflegten, erwachsenen Duft, den man fast überall tragen kann und der gut zu Büro, Abendessen und formellen Anlässen passt. Der Duft ist nicht übermäßig süß und bleibt recht transparent, sodass er selten zu schwer wirkt. Gleichzeitig finden mehrere Quellen, dass CH nicht besonders originell ist und an andere Düfte der 2000er erinnert. Wer eine sehr auffällige oder extrem moderne Signatur sucht, könnte enttäuscht sein. Auch der Leder‑Pralinen‑Akkord ist Geschmackssache. Die Sillage ist eher zurückhaltend, was im Arbeitsumfeld angenehm ist, aber weniger, wenn man eine sehr präsente Duftwolke möchte.

Meiner Meinung nach eher was für Girlies, da ziemlich süß und "rosa" geht aber auch für die Schule, wenn man es sparsam anwendet ;o)

I did not purchase this, it was just one of those weird situations when you place an order for something and you receive something else instead. In my case, the order arrived on time and complete, but it had this little bottle which was not on the shipping manifest or in my order, so I think either the clerk messed up or someone has found a novel way of getting rid of unwanted inventory. To me this is a unisex fragrance, and not a memorable one at that. While I enjoy musks and white florals, these smell a bit too artificial and cloyingly sweet. The dry down reminds me of this woman I used to work with, who thought that she could successfully hide the stench of cigarettes and hours of gossip in the smoking corner by dabbing herself in lily of the valley essential oils. Not a pleasant memory. The lasting power is amazing, though, if you like this scent. Personally, I find it a bit cheap and obvious.

This one is not for me at all. The hints of vanilla overpower the fragrance and I am not a vanilla fan except in a pie. Will not order this one again.
