This could’ve been the apex of compact gaming keyboards, but it has a few too many flaws and a high price.

Good keyboard, but had some dead leds after a few months of use, look on youtube, many people have the same problem.

I bought this because I wanted a backlit rgb keyboard that I could challenge my weak fingers on. Turns out that this piece of work is so utterly distracting that I constantly stare at it. It's like looking into a portal to another world, sitting ready on my desk, and eventually I was compelled to take up crafting fiction again. The keys felt lighter than my Corsair, even with the actuation set to 10 (max). It's not clicky, and feels just as linear as my Corsair with Cherry Reds. But with the HyperX pudding caps opening the light show up, I'm not disappointed. Little did I know that I adore distracting things. I'll be ordering a second for the office. IMHO, worth the money. You can get a discount Chinese light show for not even half the price of the Apex Pro. But, then you don't have an Apex Pro. What sort of pleb does that make you?
