Yealink Ip Poe T53 Telefon

I did not purchase this on Amazon. I purchased several phones from an IT company that set us up with VoIP. It was the Yealink T53 model. The phones work great. No problem. However, this phone has a known problem with the headset port. It just goes bad, is what I was told. After using a headset on 2 of my phones, after about 6 months, the headset stopped working. The solution was to swap phones with another phone that had not been used with a headset. Apparently, no repair is available, and since I did not start using the headset until several months after I purchased the phones, the warranty period has expired.
