Great microphone, speakers could be a tad better. Usb3 pass through port worked well with 4k webcam.

I got this smart speakerphone for zoom group meetings with 4 to 6 people in the same room. For the most part, the poly snyc 60 does a good job with clarity and volume but falls short with the microphone and connectivity via the usb cable. I had syncing issues via the usb cable with my old MacBook, sometimes my MacBook wouldn't recognize the poly sync but the Bluetooth connection worked flawlessly. I've synced the poly sync 60 to multiple IOS and Android devices without any troubles and ability to daisy chain more poly sync models is a great feature for larger groups. The microphone has been hit or miss when picking up voices from 4 to 5 feet away. Sometimes, my members would have to move a little closer to have better clarity for the others listening. With all it's shortcomings, I'm impressed with the poly sync 60 for it's overall build quality and features it has. I'm still putting it through it's paces and the poly sync seems to be doing well.

The Poly Sync 60 embodies high quality in every manner. It is incredibly convenient to use its Bluetooth capabilities to effortlessly switch between cell phone and laptop use. I enjoyed using the Poly Sync 60 for daily meetings with on Microsoft Teams and phone calls. Many of my co-workers and clients noticed that the quality of voices has improved and are extremely clear regardless of where they are at in the conference room. The speaker was easily set up in several minutes and just worked. It included a high-quality cable to connect the computer directly to it, but Bluetooth is working fantastically. The speaker looks great and has an indicator light along the bottom of the long edges to show if the mic is muted or connected. The fabric on top is a nice touch and even the plastic on the base looks great. I was hopeful this would be a good solution and it has proven to be the right choice for our meeting room.

This product has been integral in improving my multi team syncs. I've been using this daily for a few weeks and have no major complaints. I'm able to easily have calls in my office with 4 to 6 people in the room easily being able to not just hear the call, but easily and most importantly clearly communicate when needed. I have multi team syncs of up to 50 people at a time and we've been just using a Cisco phone on speaker for years when doing these calls. This has been an absolute game changer. If you're frequently in calls/syncs where you have multiple people around you all needing to participate I couldn't recommend this enough!!

My first impressions with the Poly 60 are all 100% positive. The speaker has the best sound with the right amount of low audio frequency that doesn’t sound deep or muddy, the audio is up there with some of the best speakers out there and I use it for work. It’s Microsoft Teams certified making it easy to take, end and join calls with. My peers where able to hear it from across the room and able to speak without talking loud, the individuals on the call heard everyone clear. The added USB ports are a plus and it’s small enough to not feel tiny and big enough to not overtake your workspace. Highly recommend this speakerphone.
