Find it complicated. Far more than I expected. Hoped it would replace my original phone which had all I needed without all the complication. Still trying to get my head around it all! I'm 90!

I have never dealt with a company who are so efficient. I bought a corded phone with an additional handset. This was sent to me very quickly. I realised that I should have bought 2 additional handsets and set about ordering the second one. I asked the chat line a few questions and then said I’d like to buy it. Immediately this became an order and my details, except bank details, had all been completed for me. The whole process took me 4 minutes. Well done Ligo.

Although not strictly necessary, I love a new gadget and thought that an upgrade to a new system would integrate more easily to the BT digital voice that’s being installed in our village. So, replaced the previous Panasonic phones with a new Panasonic system with the bonus of a conventional(ish) phone as the base, a 6th handset (as opposed to the 5 on the previous system) and a repeater! Not tried the repeater yet but the system was dead easy to install and set up, Delivery from Ligo was impressively fast but just a pity that I missed out on the bundle deal. However, the extra 20 quid (bundle £293. Base, 1 handset, repeater and 5 additional handset £313) was not a drama and I’m now set up for the DV changeover and all the fun that will undoubtedly arise. So, thanks again Ligo for an impressively fast delivery and if there’s a market for a 3 year old 5 handset system (plus a spare - just in case), I’d be happy to pass it on - at a very reasonable price…
