Do not buy this phone. Do not order merchandise from this company. I have owned Panasonic phones for decades. In fact my last phone was this very model. This phone does not hold its charge! Within a week of receiving, I contacted the third part that sold this phone to me. I was told if I did not like the quality to contact Panasonic. If I returned I would be charges restocking fees and shipping costs. The shipping cost alone will be Astronomical as it comes from the states. Customers beware of third party sellers! Terrible customer service.

Bought it for my mother who is in a home and whose hearing aid broke. Know a friend who had a stationary phone and it’s loud. Wanted a cordless phone so she could carry it with her as she moves along on her electric wheelchair. We’re still fine tuning it for her but it seems to do the job so far.
