Bought these phones as many reviews said they had been bought for older people. The biggest annoyance was the font used on the writing which made it impossible to read either names or numbers on the screen. There were five different rings, all similar and all terrible. You can only programme 20 names into the phone book. Overall so disappointed with these phones they were returned to the shop for a refund!

This is a value-for-money basic phone. The only drawback for me is that it doesn't have a "speaker-phone" facility so must be held in the hand when in use.
