The phone itself is fine, but the support to set it up is non existent. The 'Quick start guide' basically tells you to connect the phone up and you'll then have a dial tone. It manages to leave out the fact that you actually need to go to the admin view for the phone in a web browser by finding the IP address in the phone's settings under the Network option in the menu (found by pressing the button on the phone that looks like a page), then inserting various name/user/pw details into a few fields out of the hundred of fields available. None of this setup is even hinted at in the Cisco set up guide. Oh and the CD that comes with the phone? Ignore it, it just launches a web page with links to PDFs that are no use (or are certainly unintelligible to me). My voip service is provided by TTNC who I recommend. They talked me through the set up via a web chat and 30mins later I was done. If it wasn't for them, the phone would have been returned.

Although this was a refurbished (or used) item, I don't remember, it was in perfect shape, works well and looks like new. Good price too.

Good sound, good quality overall great. Can't figure out how to scroll through missed calls or history, one of the most important features I'd say.

Das Telefon bietet für diesen Preis sehr gute Leistungsmerkmale. Sprachqualität und Handhabung entsprechen dem eines Businessgerätes, wie auch nicht anders von CISCO zu erwarten. Allerdings entspricht auch die Installation den gängigen Erfahrungen mit CISCO Produkten, die im wesentlichen in Unternehmen in Einsatz kommen. Diese bietet viele Optionen, aber nicht den gängigen Komfort, der bei Consumer-Produkten üblich ist. Ohne entsprechendes Know-How insbes. in Bezug auf Netzwerkprotokolle (SIP, TCP/IP) ist das Einrichten des Gerätes nur schwer möglich. Es gibt im Internet eine Handvoll von Foren-Artikeln, die zum Beispiel die Konfiguration gegen eine Fritzbox erklären.
