The phone is easy to install and has all the essential features without unnecessary frills. Meanwhile I strongly reproach ALCATEL (the manufacturer) for NOT SUPPLYING the telephone plug but only a small piece of cable with RJ 11 connectors, I was obliged to buy one...and thus to postpone the installation. That's a shame!

Quickly installed. 10 quick call memories are easy to set up. the sound is adjustable and loud enough for an elderly person.

It's a gift, so I just tried it, but I couldn't test it for a long time. But it works very well, the sound is good too. I can't mention a more detailed review at the moment.

This phone is possibly the worst I have ever owned/used. It is made of cheap plastic and because of that it is so lightweight that it doesn't stay put. So when you go to pick up the receiver the whole damn phone comes with it. But worse than that, when you are speaking something happens with the phone and it picks up sounds from around the house and deposits them into your ear piece… ??? I suppose it is cheap for a reason… save your money and get something of quality.

Excellent value for money. Very good sound even with speakerphone, the possibility to manage the headset separately is very practical, the phonebook is sufficient for basic use.
