The box was glitched , the charger is poor and not safe . I be confused about the product. I will not buy again from them.

The only thing I want to say about this phone is that it's not fit for purpose because an App you are using will refresh its page whenever you open an other App and then go back to first App. Makes making financial transactions online near impossible to do without using a second device or choosing other options, which are not always available. This is a problem which the developers should have sorted but don't seem at all interested in resolving. I consequent won't be ever buying another Redmi phone in the future and will stick to Nokia or other much superior brands.

Good phone, bought as a birthday present for my brother who only had a Nokia and after setting it up for him he thinks it’s a great upgrade.

Have had an earlier Redmi Note so I replaced with a new one, delighted it is better than my original so what's not to like.
