These are reconditioned handsets. They are faulty and Amazon resell these handsets with faults. When you try to return this phone Amazon will give you £35 to hopefully get it fixed at a phone shop. Awful service and criminal practice from Amazon. For a device to contain all of your personal information and valuable pictures after transfer. To break as a result of a fault they didn't tell you about. Save your time and money.

Fast processor, plenty of storage, not too heavy, way to set up. Great camera. For the money paid this is a great phone, every bit as good as much more expensive products. I use this for work as well as photographs and video. Great colour as well

Bad quality. After three months the phone died and will not power on. Manufacturer will not support a warranty. Avoid

Great phone. Camera is very good. It's also good for playing games and multi tasking. Screen is great picture quality. Sound is good. Charges very fast. Good battery life. Really nice colour
