exactly 2 years after using - the battery just suddenly stopped charging one day. I was told it was not worth fixing - so basically just threw it away. I guess what can I expect from a cheap phone. Wifi always used to just turn off and then not connect until you restarted. glad to see the back of it - but I would hope a phone lasts longer than 2 years at least. I would avoid sony

Fantastic mobile. Unless you want to make films or play games and just need a device that does all the day to day stuff really well this is amazing. Great design, but I'm a Sony fan, great in the hand cos I can't work big 6 plus screens easily. Quick, never crashed, dropped a call or failed in any way. Great technical spec, stereo speakers, radio and earphone jack hardly ever seen now, Android 9 when Sony are selling sets at twice the price that are still running 7! Two years old now and (as with most) battery is toiling to hold charge but having reviewed what's currently available there's nothing at 2 or 3 times the price that matches this. As you can get one under £200 and go sim only why would you spend hundreds more on big ugly round gimmicky gadgets with less user friendly features and ease of use. Really happy, lovely phone.

Piece of crap. Won't charge any more. Refused software updates. Never even had swipe-up for apps from the start. Not an upgrade. Serious downgrade. Back on my Xperia z1.

Habe das Sony Xperia seit Mitte 2018 und Kamera, Speicher usw. sind echt gut. Was nicht gut ist, ist die Hauptfunktion, das telefonieren mit dem Handy ist aufgrund der immer wieder auftretenden Black Screens wirklich nervig. Wenn man immer wieder bei Anrufen oder wenn man Jemanden anruft, nur einen schwarzen Bildschirm sieht und das Handy per Soft Reset neu starten muss, dann ist das einfach großer Mist. Ich habe diverse Workarounds durch und Nichts funzt. Bin von Microsoft umgestiegen und finde immer noch schade, dass MS aus dem Handysegment ausgestiegen ist. Solche Probleme, neben massenhaft schlecht geproggter Software bei Android, gab es bei MS nie.
