Feelings on this phone are mixed - I've had some infuriating bugs with the lock screen. Multiple times per day it'll "halfway unlock" meaning I see my last used app but with the unlock numbers still on top. When this happens the phone will completely freeze for about 10 seconds until I can re-lock it and try again. Sometimes I think it unlocks by itself in my pocket, either randomly or as a delayed reaction to a legitimate fingerprint reading. In addition to this it's just laggy in general. The one saving grace of this phone to me is the battery life. I can forget to charge it one night and it'll last the whole next day no problem. I've never been in a situation where I'm worried about battery life and that peace of mind alone is worth 3 stars for me personally.

This was on special offer from Amazon (£270 Black Friday deal). Very nice compact phone. Battery life is super, most times a charge will last a good 5 days (light user). It has upgraded to Android 14, and received a few updates from Sony. Very pleased with this phone.
