Had this phone a month and the charging port is already playing up. Contacted Sony to find the IMEI on the box is invalid. Which I had to state twice to the same person after contacting Amazon instead. I have a funeral to arrange so my options are return the phone and be without and delay the funeral or fix it myself out of pocket, which I can't afford. What I won't be doing is taking the advice of Michelle from Technical Support who told me to dispute the charge with my bank or just reorder it, like we all have a spare £100 to drop in this climate. I'm absolutely furious with Amazon.

Battery started to drain after a couple of months. Requested a replacement and seller claimed it was "within warranty" to which the reply was Sale and Supply of Goods At "merchandisable quality". Be careful with this seller, they are not honest.

First of all I have to say that Amazon has to be the very best with the delivery service. Fast and very reliable. Love my Sony Xperia mobile phone I grabbed myself a bargain with this Good condition phone. Works perfectly Thank you to the supplier

Brought this a few days ago to replace a works Oukitel and I think I've managed to buy the worst branded cheap alternative. The whole apps menu is not intuitive, no where near as easy to navigate as my personal S23. The keyboard is fiddly, and I'm struggling to get even a day without having to charge the phone. This would be OK for a child or someone with tiny fingers The camera Is rubbish it either over or under exposes, and struggles on low light conditions. I would return it, however, I don't want hours of faffing about transferring all my files/contacts & apps again.
