Relatively easy to set up, useful app for transfer from old phone. Speed good, camera good and searching through phone can find everything needed. Also bought a samsung tablet and this links up very well.

Practical phone just need something that works well, although slightly bigger than I would like. I am not a big phone user and do not take lots of photographs or do loads of texting or emails. I like the fact that it is apparently 5G ready. Battery life is good for at least 2 to 3 days between charges. I am sim only so the phone was cheap enough to buy outright from Tesco. Hopefully if I look after it will last as having the latest tech does not bother me although I am interested in the latest innovations just to keep up with what is going on. Durability is important to me as much of the worlds waste is caused by tech only being used for short periods then thrown away. I am probably the wrong type of customer for Samsung being near retirement age.

My new A17 is easy to use once I remember to use fingerprint on the side and not the screen. I was disappointed that it does not include wireless charging as I understand that to be better for long term battery life. Thye display is bright and clear and battery life atm is good.

Really pleased with the performance of the phone. As an IT dinosaur it was quite straightforward to transfer data from my old phone. Sound quality is good especially for my wife who h as hearing problems. The display is clear and the image is very sharp. Very good value for the money.
