the phone is nice but only accepts at&t or verizon ,,disappointed in unlocked phone,those are not my network not unlocked.. can't get it to work

This was a gift to my wife. She was so happy with this cellphone. It's the best cellphone ever! Thank you! This is suppose to be a rugged cellphone, but my wife dropped the phone and the screen popped out and cracked in the bottom right hand corner And unable to use the phone anymore! Not so rugged after all!

Had to replace screen since buying which reduced the waterproof facter. Was hard to set up on our network but the case is durable and has stood the test of time and multiple drops.

I'm the average consumer, I don't "register the item for the warranty" On my 3rd in less than a year. The screen pops out and cracks. Purchased a replacement screen and put it on yesterday, today it popped out and cracked. Only because I don't want to get an overpriced phone is why I'm sticking with this but in less than a year, I've spent 500 and now need to buy ANOTHER replacement screen. Last chance, because I'm ready to give up on this brand.
