I would like to rate this phone a NEGATIVE five-star but I don't have this option. The OS is so much flawed. It continually creates trouble and extra work for me. I have to grant permissions to an App (e.g. Outlook) in battery (to kill energy saving mode), App management (to allow background activity), Notification (to allow 24/7 push notifications) and the App (to allow notification on lock screens), just to make the app work... The phone looks an iPhone but is definitely flimsy. Sold the phone for a discount and will never buy Oppo again.

This is the WORST phone Oppo has ever brought to Australia. Having been used it for 3 months, now I eventually give up! I have to sell it as it has created so many problems and headache. 1.This phone indeed has push notifications issues with many Apps, regardless how I tried to play around the settings. And the phone just simply disappoints me. 2.The screen is of the worst quality, too bright and it just hurt your eyes if you are on the phone all the time. 3. I read the other reviews and I'm surprised that I'm not the only one having charging issues. The phone does show charging signs after the cable is unplugged, and you have to restart the phone to get rid of it. 4. Oppo is discriminating Aussie users and don't bother to include a case in the box, whereas Chinese buyers have phone cases, souvenirs and other gift. In short, this phone is a disappointment. Will never buy again.

Used this for 2 days coming from a samsung s24 base model. This is a game changer. The only downside i can find with this is (and this depends on each user) but for my specifically theres a lot of tinkering to get the settings just right for you but once everything is set. Mate. Game changer. Battery is exceptional too

Too many issues, I returned it to JB one week after the purchase. The design is flawed. If you look closer, the corner of the back glass near the camera module is slightly lifted outside the phone frame compared with other three corners. And it moves if you squeeze it. So how does this affect the over structural integrity or the phone's water-proof level? ColourOs kills background apps too radically. I have to launch the chatting app every time after turning on the phone. Otherwise, I don't get real time push notifications, which gave me troubles. The battery is showing it's charging even after the phone was unplugged; the issue persisted after I had restart the phone several times. And the restarting process were not trouble free as it showed me out of power screen before it restarted. Oppo should focus on the quality of its products. Australia should not be a dumping site of your cheap designs, though you sell those phones at premium prices.
