This was a durable low cost phone that I am still using until this day but the RAM is too low, T-Mobile never released the last update for Windows Phone 8.1, Microsoft never released Windows 10 Mobile because the RAM was too low in their opinion, there is no LED flash, there is no front facing camera, and the not fully updated Windows Phone 8.1 lacks most of the apps I need or want and only has the beta version of Cortana (other than that it is a pretty good operating system). I wish that an improved version of this phone could be released with Android (or an open source Android substitute) and with guaranteed updates for at least 2 years.

They broke the mold after they manufactured these phones, because they never break. This is unquestionably the best made piece of electronics I've ever owned. I used it as a pocket phone and inadvertently dropped it hundreds of times over two years before upgrading, without it ever breaking; and never had a glitch with the operating system either. Other pads and phones I've owned on the other two operating systems - costing many times more - broke on the first or second drop. The audio quality of phone calls was of the highest level too. (a regional manager for one of the top four cell carriers who gets all of his phones for free told me that for years he always carried two phones - a Nokia Lumia to talk on, and one of the others for text and web. If only more things in the world were as reliable as this phone.
