Das Motorola Edge 40 Neo 256GB bietet ein sehr helles 144Hz OLED-Display, schnelle Leistung und ein hochwertiges Design mit veganem Leder. Die IP68-Zertifizierung macht es wasser- und staubdicht, und das 68W-Ladegerät lädt den großen Akku schnell auf. Die Kameras sind für diese Preisklasse gut. Nachteile sind das Fehlen eines microSD-Slots und eines Kopfhöreranschlusses sowie billig wirkende Tasten. Der Prozessor ist für den Alltag ausreichend, aber nicht für anspruchsvolle Spiele. Insgesamt eine starke Wahl in der Mittelklasse, besonders für Design-, Display- und Akkufans.

The Edge 40 Neo is simply one of the best phones you can buy at this price thanks to an excellent screen, waterproofing, and a polished design. Some software and camera niggles stop it from being perfect, but not many handsets give you as much bang for your buck as this Motorola right now.

The Motorola Edge 40 Neo shows up its non-Neo sibling with a lower price, improved specs and very few downgrades, but it certainly has its share of issues with unimpressive cameras and touch issues with the curved-edge display. Still, its attractive looks, fast charging and good-looking display may make up for these shortcomings.
