ive had this phone 7 months now so feel i can comment on it. 1. The battery was initally great however after 5 months the phone died on me so had to go back to LG for repairs. Although i now have the phone working this factor that made this phone one of its main selling points for me has now made me loose enthusiasum for this phone. It also overheats from time to time. Is none remover able. 2. The phone multi tasks with ease and has an aceptable display. 3. Gaming - eats away at the battery particularly large games (best avoided unless short plays are ok with you) 4. Comes with headhones and charger but only one speaker producing a tiny sound (bottom of phone next to USB charger point) 5. On / off switich is on right at the top / volume up down switch is on the left. 6. Very few pre installed apps. 7. You will need a memory card (SD) as only 16GB is built in. 8. Camera is ok at 13 MP in daylight but not great at night. 9. Feels heavy and well made. 10. phone calls work fine.

Only given 4 stars as I have only had it for 1 week. Easy to set up as I had previous LG/android phone so could retrieve all my data/apps from Google. More responsive than my previous phone. Some good features with camera - like saying 'cheese' to take selfie pictures - much easier than trying to reach button. Pictures seem good. I am not an excessive user of phone - don't do social media so can't comment on good it is for this. Internet searching seems quick and easy. The second screen a bit gimmicky but if you like to have notifications without turning phone on each time it is good idea. You can personalise it a bit too. So far happy with it - only time will tell if it will last the two years that my previous LG did

Brilliant phone to start off with, worked perfectly. The design is very slimline but after less than 6 months, I am having to send this back to LG to repair this as the battery has malfunctioned. Was sold as unlocked however LG advised that this has previously been registered to O2 so a new puk code was needed.
