Not used it much yet. Only propose to be used as an emergency phone when I'm out in the great outdoors but seems more than adequate for my purposes

Bought for a 90 yrs old mother after EE accidently cut of her landline (lifeline) in North Wales. The phone is clear and fairly easy to use. Will keep it even after EE reconnect her landline. Now over 2 weeks. The docking station is good for simple charging.

Great product. Buy from elsewhere. EE were dreadful. Sent wrong product and there’s non-existent customer service. Ended up keeping what they sent as this was simpler and easier. I’d not buy from them again. The was bought on behalf of a vulnerable elderly relative, and EE were aware of this fact. In my opinion, their behaviour would have been the same were they dealing direct with a vulnerable individual.

Bought this for my mother-in-law who is losing her eyesight and lives on her own. It replaced a earlier model that she was use to. The phone was easy to setup and even easier to explain to her about. She uses it everyday and is happy with it.
