Das Cisco SPA509G ist ein IP‑Tischtelefon mit Display und zwölf konfigurierbaren Leitungstasten. Es wird über einen Netzwerkanschluss mit 10/100 Mbit/s in ein vorhandenes Datennetz eingebunden und verfügt je nach Ausführung über einen separaten Headset‑Anschluss. The phone started making noises after a month. Also, when someone calls and the user pick up the call, you are not able to see the speed dial names making harder to transfer someone. Thanks,

I have used these phones with many UC320W and UC500 series phone systems, they are rock solid. This model features 8 digital display buttons and 4 paper display buttons. They do ship the phone with extra paper labels for the paper display buttons. Each button will light up red, green, or yellow depending on the status. I used to implement the SPA508, but the cost is only slightly more for 4 additional buttons. Those 4 additional buttons always seem to be handy to have. Please note: This phone does not include a power supply. You will either need to use POE or purchase a power adaptor for this phone.

This was my final email to the fifth Cisco engineer who couldn't make this phone work on either of two large VOIP networks. "I am using it for work and you obviously didn't read my last response. Cisco has had ample time to affect repairs and couldn't. I have wasted, days, literally days, working with multiple people and you can’t fix it and won’t do anything to make it right. I’m out money, time and boatloads of aggravation due to your faulty product." If that doesn't tell you how dissatisfied I am with this piece of crap then I'm not sure how to tell you not to buy it. The only reason I gave it one star is I have to.
