I was excited when I got the phone but now regret it. The phone over heats, battery does not last and every now and then the phone shuts off and takes forever to turn on. The phone freezes and one day it restarted and deleted all my pictures including esim. I’ve had a lot of problems and cannot upgrade.

This really was a great upgrade for me even coming from an iPhone 11 Pro Max which was crazy heavy to carry even in my pockets,…I technically get pro max screen and chip on the lightest Phone of this size ever. Also it’s so light and durable that you’d have to work pretty hard to break it even by throwing it on a brick wall. Also the phone is actually as premium as a flagship can get. If you’re wondering about the battery and you’re a mobile gamer then this phone is probably not for you. If you’re a professional or student then by all means you won’t be disappointed. Don’t forget you can always get the mag safe battery pack from ugreen to extend your battery duration to possibly 2 days and it is still way cheaper than you cheapest 17 Pro Max.

Approved online and received an email the next day letting me know my order is ready. I also submitted the funds to be on hold as a down payment until I picked up the phone. I got to the AT&T store, had my drivers license and debit card used. I am an Internet customer. Regardless, we had to do one final call once I got there before my card could officially be charged and they could release the phone, and at the end of this call I was denied because they couldn’t verify me so the whole thing was a waste of time. Kinda embarrassing . I’m not sure what I said or did to trigger this, but like I said, I had my drivers license. I could even show them my Social Security card. Anything they needed to see I could see it, but he said that didn’t matter it’s whoever on the phone had the final word and I was denied. So I’m about to change to Verizon I think.

Loving the phone so far, especially how light and thin it is which makes it’s so manageable
