This product states that is is one of the lightest and quietest hair dryers on the market. I received the hair dryer and was very disappointed as it is noisy as well as being heavy on the hand so would not recommend it. The seller has not been very co-operative and has refused to give me a refund. I have used it once to check what it was like and have never used it since and based on that, they are refusing to provide a refund.
