Takes much longer to dry and use this product than just using a normal hair dryer. My hair looks in bad condition after I've used it. A big disappointment.

Doesn't give the nice smooth finish I'd hoped for. For thick fairly long hair these are hard work as the heated area is quite narrow. I've had wider wet 2 straight in the past that worked much better.

Awful. Bought this to save me time in the morning. It took just as long if not longer as drying my hair and straightening separately. Not match for my GHDs- didn't notice any drying as such and straightening was just mediocre. Sent back as they weren't fit for purpose.

Absolutely shocking!!! Absolutely fuming...ive had these just over 2 months and they keep turning on and off realised its when the wire just below the moves so its obviously a loose wire and cant even get in touch with the seller because the "30 days returns window is closed"
