I'm a beginner/intermediate player, and this guitar is my first Yamaha. Straight out of the box it was gleaming without a blemish. I lowered the bridge a little, and the action is now perfect for me. No truss rod adjustment required. How does it sound? I play it through a 15 watt all tube amp and it sounds sublime with lovely clean tones, and when cranked, the humbuckers roar but still retain clarity. I play it everyday, and is my go to gigging guitar

Really nice guitar. Sounds great. Looks great and excellent valu.e. Especially like the pull on off tone control. Also like that the guitar is not so heavy.
