Yamaha FG-TA TransAcoustic Vintage Tint

Not new to the market, but new to me. Wasn't sure if it was a gimmick but took a chance and I'm very pleasantly surprised. Just as a straight up guitar it plays and sounds really well. A nice even tone that I'm sure will get better with age. Turn the effects on and it's just a joy to play. It makes you want to play longer and that's what it's all about. Don't ask how the chorus and reverb work, but it enhances what already sounds good. Build quality and set up is spot on. Definitely worth the money and totally recommend

I like this guitar a lot, the only reason I have not given it 5 stars is the that frets ends were a little sharp and the frets needed a good polish. The action was also quite high. I've given it a good setup, added a Graphtech saddle and now it is really nice. I play it with the reverb on all of the time, sounds great.

Once you pick this acoustic up you just can't put it down, from the feel to the finish to sound it's exquisite, how they've given it chorus and reverb is genius. It really works. Treat yourself and get one.

The yamaha is a good all round acoustic on a mid level budget. The resonance stands out on this guitar.

Best guitar I've ever bought.I have bought guitars twice the price that are half as food as this Yamaha.Tone, sustain and chorus are fantastic.
