Gretsch G5622T Electromatic Mittelblock /w Bigsby Midnight Sapphire

An outstanding semi-acoustic guitar (hollow body with centre block) at this price range. Appreciated the helpful and prompt customer service at Musicstore.

It is a beautiful finished guitar from the top of the headstock to the bottom strap button the finish is immaculate. The fret ends were nice and smooth. The chrome knobs with the Gretsch G are a nice finish in comparison to a similar guitar next to it that had dull plastic knobs. Stays in tune easily. The tones that come from the guitar are nice and the sustain is far superior to that of my Stratocaster. Took a day to work out the controls as there was no instruction booklet with it as it was off the shelf. But a quick internet search provided me with the details required.

Ich muss schon zugeben, das Design der E-Gitarre mit dieser hammer Farbe hat mich einfach unglaublich überzeugt. Natürlich ist bei einem Musikinstrument wichtiger, dass das Ohr überzeugt ist und nicht die Augen, aber wenn beides passt, hat man sein Instrument gefunden. Und so ist die E-Gitarre auch, einen wunderschönen Klang mit viel Wärme und singenden Höhen + das coolste Design nach meinem Geschmack. Probier es einfach selbst aus und du wirst sehen oder eher höheren was ich mein ;)

Obwohl es eine hollowbody Gitarre ist, wo man meint sie ist nur für Rockabiily, kann ich euch getrost sagen, jetzt weiß ich auch warum Malcolm Young so eine Gretsch gespielt hat. Die Gitarre deckt viele Stilarten ab. Sie ist leichter als eine Les Paul und klingt fast genau so gut.
