Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der Gitarre. Keine Probleme mit überstehenden Bünden/Bundenden, die Lackierung/Binding ist tadellos. Ich habe die Brücke incl. Studs gegen das Faber e-sert getauscht und die PU's gegen Rockinger PAF-ECT, da mir die orig Gibson PUs, vor allem der Bridge PU zu "brüllig" sind. Ich hätte aber auch dieselben Modifikationen gemacht, wenn ich das entsprechende Gibson CS Modell gekauft hätte. Auch das ein gute Koffer dabei ist find ich sehr gut (besser so, als so ein schwindeliges Gigbag dass man dann wegwerfen muss und einen richtigen Koffer nachkaufen)

I have been playing guitars of all makes and models over the last 30 years and it is safe to say that this is the best playing Les Paul style guitar I have ever owned. I managed to get a very very low action with little to no fret buzz. The frets needed no additional polishing and were leveled perfectly. Unlike previous LPs I have owned this one stays perfectly in tune. I did round off the fret ends but this was only for personal preference. ***** Playability****Build Quality (the pickup surround was slightly off causing the pickup to pushed into a permanent angle)**** Sound

The Epiphone LP Custom in ebony is a great guitar with incredible sound. My issue is with delivery charges and delivery time, and a small damage mark on the finger board. Andertons make a big deal on their website that they provide free next day delivery. This does NOT apply to Northern Ireland orders, where a delivery charge is applied and delivery takes four days. Also, I'm not sure the guitar was physically inspected by Andertons prior to dispatch, as my guitar has a small mark on the finger board; the mark looks to be an attempt to screw the pickup into the wrong location. It's only a very small mark but it is there none the less
