I would've gave this product a 5 start review, but it took over a week to get when it was already located at the store. So all in all I love the product but will be ordering elsewhere or differently next time. I thought the pick up option would be the quickest but apparently not.

I’m on my 3rd tube and am yet to see any kind of results from this. I have dry, cystic acne prone, hyperpigmented skin but this product hasn’t helped, it’s as if I’ve not used it at all

I like this but I don't know if it's started working yet. Have had some breakouts since I started using it but unsure if this is purging or if it is just normal for me.

Not sure if it’s working because I wake up with breakouts after using it at night.

I have severe atopic skin issues, hormonal acne, and some rosacea (yay!) so my skin has always been too sensitive for dermatologist-prescribed treatments like Differin, and I have tried everything possible over many years to improve them with varying results (AHAs/BHAs/PHAs/Retinal...etc.) Finally azelaic acid has given me actual noticeable improvement after 1-2 months on it, namely in lessening my angry acne, smoothing out my skin texture, and very slightly lessening my redness (I'm hoping this will become more obvious the longer I use it). I like The Ordinary's formulation, it comes out of the tube creamy and white, disappears into the skin smoothly, and does not pill at all. My only gripe is that you have to shake the bottle a lot to be able to get it out of the opening so they need to rethink their product packaging. Otherwise it is a firm repurchase for me! Highly recommend you try if nothing else has worked for you!
