I don’t think this toner is the best choice for combination skin with dehydration. It doesn’t seem to provide deep hydration or soothing effects. Instead, it just gives a glowy finish on the surface, which feels a bit lacking for my skin needs.

I love this product. It is perfect for my sensitive/reddish skin. Cleans well, leaves my skin soft and not dry or irritated. Definitely recommend this!
