Gardena Astschere StarCut 160 plus

I love this Gardena pruner. It's the perfect length to reach the top of hedges and lightweight enough to easily use above with your arms extended above your head. I'm a 71 year old female and had no trouble using it. I do own the longer Gardena StarCut pruner and that model requires a bit more muscle to hold. The shorter length also allows you to get into tighter spaces. Love it !!!!!

Works - durable - a bit heavy and wish it were longer.

This Gardena cutter is lightweight for my arthritic shoulder . Cuts easily with a clean cut .Good value . One thing to be aware of is the full length shown ..The height as indicated includes the height of the person using it . (Catch penny or not ?) Read description in depth . I would buy again when necessary.

I have a Darlac long reach pruner which has a longer reach than the Gardena lopper. The Gardena, however, has about twice the cutting power- allowing thicker branches to be tackled.
