The headset was heavier than I expected but it is comfortable to wear, the noise canceling works really well ha almost to good, the instructions on how to pair the headset was confusing and not very informative, it took me longer than it should to figure it out. I haven’t had it long enough to give a proper review but so far it’s been good

I honestly am having buyers remorse after purchasing these for the same price point. There are much better options from different companies out there. They don’t have simple connectivity problems

I have actually purchased two of these headsets. I bought the first for gaming and liked it so much that I purchased a second during the Black Friday sale for work. The headsets are very well built and a pleasure to wear for extended periods of time. It is worth noting that the microphone is a little weaker compared to the older microphone I used previously. After adjusting the settings, I was able to get it to an acceptable level and be clearly heard, although it is still quieter than my previous mic

These are great but the headphone jack doesn’t work. When you plug in the microphone it doesn’t work. I have tried to clean it out but it still doesn’t work
