Sleek! I’m getting very disappointed with Game Stop! What use to be the go to store is no longer in it to win it to satisfy customers. I purchased this headset under the impression, I knew at least that is what I know I scrolled over and clicked on. New! By my surprise when this arrived and opened the package the word’s REFURBISHED appear on a sticker slapped on the items box. Not happy that I was sent a Refurbished item. Not happy with this purchase. I gather the holiday season is what matters to this company? I’ll be making careful decisions on my purchases in the future with this brand store.
