Das Turtle Beach Recon 70N ist ein günstiges Gaming-Headset, das vor allem durch Komfort und einfache Kompatibilität überzeugt. Das Mikrofon ist klar für Sprachchats, aber der Klang fehlt an Bass und wirkt manchmal flach. Die Verarbeitung ist komplett aus Plastik und wirkt wenig hochwertig. Die Geräuschisolierung ist schwach, sodass Umgebungsgeräusche durchdringen und eigene Töne nach außen dringen. Wer ein einfaches, leichtes Headset für lange Sitzungen sucht und keine hohen Ansprüche an den Klang hat, wird hier fündig. Für mehr Bass oder kabellose Nutzung sollte man sich anderweitig umsehen.

Good Points: Clear, loud and easy-to-mute mic. Comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. Decent sound quality. Good wire length. Improvement Points: The thinner plastic portion where the earcups connect to the headband looks a bit tacky.

Improvement Points: Worked for several minutes before crackelled and broke, sound cut out and never worked again. Disappointing.
