The canoe connecting the headset to the gaming device broke and only 1 side of the head set was working. It was an internal issue, and I called the company. They would have fixed it under warranty but I’d have to pay for shipping and be without my headset for an indeterminate amount of time. It was much cheaper to just buy a new cable. Other than the issue with the cable and warranty process, the headset sound is clear and the mic doesn’t pick up tons of stray sound

My husband loves that the mic is detachable, and that it is a tap to mute. All around he is extremely impressed.

Tiene buena calidad de tela en las almohadillas de las orejas, la diadema es ajustable, me encanta que se pueda remover el micrófono para usarlo con un audífono normal, cable largo de buen tamaño.El sonido me gusta mucho bien definido para videojuegos o películas.

Has good sound quality it has a detachable mic and it makes gaming easy. They sound good on my xbox and my phone highly recommend if your on a budget.
