This turned out to be the perfect headset. Lightweight but well made and comfortable to wear for extended periods, even when also wearing glasses. Nothing digging in! Very glad I made this purchase.

This headset seems to be well made (I previously had some other brands that broke easily through very moderate useage - these are much stronger.) The sound quality is good and people said my voice is coming through clearly (I had tried several "gaming" headsets and people often complained they could not hear me very well, so I use higher-end telephony headsets for gaming.) My only real negative is this is more than I wish I had to pay, but as long as it holds-up for over a year I will consider it worth the money (I wear my headsets nearly every day for several hours.) The things that make me believe it will last are: strong attachment of the speakers to the speakers' swivel to the headband and the plastic connectors that hold the speaker assemblies ot the headband seem to be more solidly made than the other sets I've used.

It arrived without any of the USB connecting device with the controls. This is completely unacceptable. How do I get either the USB connecting device, or a refund.

I have an original SC 660 from 6 years ago, which was actually made by Sennheiser and it is magical. This is nothing similar - neither Windows nor Mac OSX recognizes it, so while i can hear, no one can hear me, or they only hear me through the laptop's mic, and I might as well be shouting from down a well. I've fiddled with audio settings, tried to download drivers, but to no avail.
