Das Poly Voyager 4320-M UC ist ein zuverlässiges, komfortables Headset für Geschäftsgespräche mit sehr guter Geräuschunterdrückung für den Gesprächspartner und einer sehr langen Akkulaufzeit. Der Tragekomfort ist hoch, auch bei längerem Gebrauch, und Sie können zwischen kabelloser und kabelgebundener Nutzung wählen. Die Klangqualität für Musik ist jedoch begrenzt und es gibt keine aktive Geräuschunterdrückung für den Hörer. Ideal für Vieltelefonierer, die Bewegungsfreiheit schätzen, weniger geeignet für Musikliebhaber oder in sehr lauten Umgebungen.

Das Headset kam schnell und gut verpackt an. Damit endet der positive Teil der Bewertung. Ich hatte mir das Gerät für mein Büro bestellt. Es sollte einerseits über den vorhandenen USB Anschluss an dem Notebook und parallel per Bluetooth am Handy betrieben werden. Der Betrieb gestaltet sie sich von Anfang an sehr problematisch. Bei Anrufen über das Notebook konnte mich mein Gegenüber 90 % aller Fälle nicht verstehen. Es schien, als ob das Mikrofon nicht funktionieren würde. Daher hatte ich beschlossen, über die reine Bluetooth Verbindung mit dem Handy zu arbeiten. Die Probleme rissen allerdings nicht ab. Bei der Telefonie über Bluetooth bricht regelmäßig die Bluetooth Verbindung zusammen, obwohl das Headset ordnungsgemäß mit Bluetooth verbunden wurde. Der Kundenservice von Poly war leider gar keine Hilfe. Da so kein vernünftiges Arbeiten mit dem Gerät möglich ist, werde ich es zurückschicken.

I bought these wireless headphones for work, have been using them for approximately a month, and absolutely love them. It was easy to install, they are comfortable to wear all day, and have a long battery life covering a 10 hour shift. I would buy them again and recommend to anyone.

Was easy to set up and worked will with making phone call from the PC and my iPad. Has great sound for gaming also.

I have been a fan of "Plantronics'" headphone products since I started using them in 1994. And twice since then, someone thought they were being thrifty and bought the "less expensive" brand because "surely they are all as good as the other..." Is what I would hear proclaimed throughout the office. Only for those of us who had to use it - we quickly learned its' deficiencies. When Plantronics was sold, I had been a fan of "Plantronics'" headphone products since I started using them in 1994. And twice since then, someone thought they were being thrifty and bought the "less expensive" brand because "surely they are all as good as the other..." Is what I would hear proclaimed throughout the office. Only for those of us who had to use it - we quickly learned its' deficiencies.
