Das Poly EncorePro HW720 ist ein Premium-Headset, das besonders für seine exzellente Geräuschunterdrückung und den hohen Tragekomfort gelobt wird, auch bei längerem Einsatz. Das leichte, robuste Design und die weichen Ohrpolster sorgen für ganztägigen Komfort. Dank Quick Disconnect ist das Headset vielseitig einsetzbar, allerdings wird für manche Geräte ein zusätzliches Kabel oder ein Verstärker benötigt. Der Preis liegt über dem Durchschnitt, und das Modell ist nur kabelgebunden erhältlich. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Wahl für den professionellen Einsatz in lauten Umgebungen.

My company provides HW520V headsets in our call center. Cubicles sit 3 feet away from each other side-by-side and 5 feet in front/behind so having clients hear background noise/talking through the mic when talking on the phone is a real big issue. So I go and purchase this HW720 based on YouTube review because of noise-canceling Mic and the results are exactly like the HW520V. Both have the exact same low quality features. Clients hear all background noise, at same level, no difference. Though HW720 is worse sealing up the ear from own local background noise/talk. Both headsets you can hear people from 20 feet away (no barriers) talking and actually make out what they are saying, awful and embarrassing for self and client on other end of the line.

Construction is a bit unusual but I got used to it pretty fast. Good sound. QD connector is super helpful for fast switching between phones with different jacks (i use 2.5 mm wireless pad and standart RJ-11 phone). Just unclick here and click in there. 2 seconds, right in the middle of the call. For some reason I thought it will have a volume/mute button on the wire. Was wrong. Ah well, still a pretty good headset.

Plantronics still makes the best or among the best headsets for office work. These make it easy to have a very clear conversation, even if using VOIP. We use a lot of them in a small company that is spread across 5 states. The mics are much improved over the tubes of 15 years ago. Very comfortable due to light weight.

It is a very good headset. I can hear very good with this headset. I use it on my job, which is a calltaker and dispatcher for an ambulance service. I highly recomend this headset for those who want to hear everything they can on a call.
