Das Poly Blackwire 3320 bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit klarem Klang und komfortablem, leichtem Design. Das rauschunterdrückende Mikrofon sorgt für deutliche Gespräche, auch in lauter Umgebung. Drehbare Ohrmuscheln und ein verstellbarer Kopfbügel sorgen für eine gute Passform. Das lange Kabel und der USB-C/A-Adapter machen das Headset vielseitig einsetzbar. Es gibt jedoch keine aktive Geräuschunterdrückung und die Materialien wirken weniger hochwertig als bei teureren Modellen. Für den täglichen Einsatz im Büro ist es eine zuverlässige Wahl.

So far, this has probably been the best purchase I’ve made this year. I bought the headset because I didn’t want to hold my phone while talking (or rely on speakerphone all the time), and I prefer not to have the phone directly against my head. I also didn’t want a wireless option. The headset works perfectly with my iPhone 16 Pro Max. I can listen to music and take calls as they come in with ease. Everyone says they can hear me clearly, and I can hear them just as well. The headset is comfortable to wear, and the cord is very long, which may come in handy someday.

Improvement Points: I bought this from M!sco on 31/10/22 and paid a hefty price for next day delivery. Unfortunately, M!sco tasked Evri with attempting to deliver this item and that's where things began to go wrong. The tracking evidences lie after lie - incompetence after incompetence - as the rebranded Hermes - now Evri - claim to be delivering my order. To add injury to insult, M!sco happened to call in the hope that they might win more business, so I asked them to look into this delivery. Initially, they were very responsive but the last three emails I've sent have been ignored. I miss the good old days where M!sco were worth dealing with. In my opinion, there's no point having great products and attractive prices if you can neither deliver them nor deal with incompetent couriers.
