Could be a little softer on the cups on the ears, I'm going to try the leatherette ones to see if that makes it a bit nicer but otherwise awesome. I did have sound issues initially but it was the phones settings i needed to tweek nothing to do with the headset. Makes working in a busy office easier to hear and still be able to have both my hands for typing or even snacking haha!

This headset was great. I initially had the one earpiece headset and found it hard to hear callers with background noise, but I find I have to turn the volume down with this one as I can hear the caller loud and clear. The rose gold and the black are very stylish also.
