Poly Savi W8220 ANC Headset

I purchased this particular headset as it is supposed to be one of the better ones for hearing aids. I find that the volume is all over the place. One day maximum volume is way too loud and other days it is way too soft. I do not know why this happens particularly when I haven't touched any of the settings.

Great, reliable and great for moving teams. We have 7 of these set up and people can move their headsets between hotdesks and easily pair with the base.

Does not work well, there is a lag between answering and the person speaking and the connection doesn't always work smoothly.

The learning curve is about a week to get used to the sound of your own voice being muffled but once you become accustomed to this change these headsets are the best! The experience on the other side of the phone call is also great with no background noise transmitting through the microphone.
