The sound quality of this headset is impressive. However, it has a significant issue with stability. It frequently switches to computer audio instead of the headset during Microsoft Teams calls or while listening to music, which is quite annoying. I have not experienced this problem with my other headsets.

Sound is good. The microphone and controls are fixed on the right side. Should be reversible or mounted on the left. Most people have a mouse in their right hand. Plastic construction seems easily breakable.

Years ago I bought the H540 USB wired headset with mic for gaming. I like that the headset will expand enough to be comfortable on my head (I have a large head). After many years the pleather started flaking off on my ears, so I bought the same headset to replace it. Definitely worth the money. We truly appreciate your continued love for the H540 headset! The mute is a toggle on/off. There is no way to tell if it’s on by just looking at it.
