We bought this for my company for network meetings. We must have used it no more than 6 times and then it sat in its own box on a shelf for two years untouched. Simply doesn't work anymore. As it was out of warranty, Jabra support not really interested. Shame as marketing is good, but products are a let down. Avoid.

We deployed a few of these in our environment and have pulled them all back. They are half duplex which for the price point is a bit ridiculous. It seemed like the 'best' version of this jabra series, however the 710 & 750 are full duplex and the 810 isn't ?? When you are on conference calls and you need to interrupt the person speaking at the other end, you cannot (they can't hear you). You have to wait for them to pause talking. I guess its the polite "Canadian" version where you can't interrupt but for business its basically a paperweight.

I needed the proper power supply; the unit came without one for the US. The seller contacted me and provided me with a proper power supply ASAP. I have since received it and it works just fine. Very thankful for the service from the Seller.

I've used the Jabra 810 on a half dozen events in the past few months. I highly recommend it for small meetings up to 25 people. My typical setup is hollow square or U-shape seating. I place the Jabra 810 on a small cocktail table in the center. My customers, including an airline association and a well-known national bank marvel at the sound quality on both the far and near end of the meeting. They have since purchased their own Jabra 810s and are using it in their conference rooms. Webex, MS Teams, and Zoom recognize the device by name immediately in the drop-down speaker and microphone list. Be sure to purchase a 30' USB 2.0 extension cable with a built-in repeater to extend the length.
