The description says it comes with the usb controller but it does not. A replacement was sent and it did not have the controller either.

Contrairement à la description et aux photos c'est le modèle sans le contrôleur USB qui est vendu donc si vous avez besoin du contrôleur n'achetez pas son produit ... cela explique pourquoi ils le vendent à si bon prix mais complètement inutile si vous avez besoin du contrôleur qu'ils ne semblent en plus pas vendre de façon séparée.

Ordered these as the brand is often reliable and many colleagues use the same type (different version). Sound quality is very poor - feedback has been that voice sounds distant and hard to hear. Headset feels very flimsy and microphone doesn’t stay in position. These may have been broken in transit as they were delivered in a plastic bag (no cardboard box or anything of substance to transport them safely), inside a soft carry pouch. Extremely disappointing and wouldn’t recommend them at all.

Das Ding ist im aktuellen Zustand nicht zu gebrauchen, auch die ersten zwei Softwareupdates brachten keinerlei Besserung, das Mikrofon Problem wurde sogar noch dringlicher
