It’s ok. I feel like they are over priced for the quality. Flimsy, not snug enough. But sound is clear A++. No complaints for the functionality side of it!

Very satisfying performance for the money spent! Using the set for my home office purpose primarily , and it just does the job perfectly. Being light weight and ergonomically designed, it offers greater comfort for longer call. Also, the c-type usb connectivity allows seamless switching between phone and laptops.

Highly recommend them. Super comfy, great crystal clear sound in the headphones and recording quality also very good. I really like the slidetone also that allows to hear yourself in the headphones and that really helped me talk at a lower volume and finish giving my classes without having the throat tired (the volume of the slidetone can be managed in the Jabra direct app). Although these headphones have a great sound (you can watch movies, listen to music, etc.) they're not made to blast music at a high volume. The max volume is quite low. These headphones are made especially for people that work online and to protect their ears and throat.

Came in paper packaging which is nice I like recycling paper vs. Plastic. But it was open, so I suspect maybe returned at some point. Headset is soft and doesn't hurt my head which was what I wanted, but as stated previously it will unmute itself randomly, and never muted itself by pushing up the mic as was advertised. Pretty expensive without long enough return window- so stuck with it now. Tried contacting seller for support no response. Despite amazon saying they're good seller who respond quickly. Now speaking to manufacturer to try and get someone to help.

I've gone through a lot of headsets over the years. Wired and wireless of all different types. So far this is the best headset I've had. The noise cancellation on it is very good, which I've found hard to find in other headsets. I often have background noise when I'm on the phone but people don't seem to hear that anymore. One time it did glitch out and cancelled out my own voice, but it didn't seem to do that at any other point. Otherwise it's also comfortable, and seems durable so far.
